More information

About the project:

What’s on Dunoon is a website being developed by Dunoon Community Development Trust. Its main aim is to make local information about events, community venues, groups and clubs more accessible to local people and visitors by bringing useful information together in one place.

Role Description:

As an Event Information Collector, you will help keep the website up to date with information about upcoming events.

The role includes:

  • Keeping up to date with one or more local community venues.

  • Gathering information about upcoming events at those venues and adding them to the website.

  • Ensuring that information about the venue and its events remains accurate and up to date on the website.

  • Building a positive relationship with the people who work or volunteer at the venue and staying in contact with them.

  • Sharing feedback and ideas to help us improve the website and make it as useful and accessible as possible.
